By using bionian.ink (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site and its content

Bionian is a work of fiction. The canon, lore, glossary entries, images and all other content on the Site (the “Content”) are creative works published for reading and enjoyment. Nothing on the Site is presented as fact about the real world unless expressly stated.

2. Intellectual property

All Content, including the names Bionian, Bionia, the Bionian Dyad, the Proto-Bionian roots and glossary, artwork and text, is owned by YOUR LEGAL NAME OR ENTITY unless otherwise credited, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, link to and quote short passages with attribution to bionian.ink. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, adapt or use the Content for commercial purposes, or to train machine-learning models, without written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to access restricted areas, scrape the Site at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bionian will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
